A full suite of mental health tools

When we think about a toolbox, we imagine having one spot where we can find the right tool at the right time for the right challenge. We took that philosophy to heart when we built the toolbox in Nuna. Your Nuna mental health toolbox contains over 60 tools to help you through life's challenges. Whether it's anxiety or stress, feeling angry or depressed, keeping positive momentum going, or even help getting to sleep, your personal mental health toolbox has you covered.

Sometimes, we don't know what the best tool is for a job. That's why Nuna's chat function is there to help guide you to the right tool to address your feelings at the moment. However, sometimes we know exactly what we need. And Nuna makes it easy to navigate directly to the tool you're looking for. From the bottom menu, you can open the Toolbox and enter the 60+ therapeutic tools to understand and cope with stress, anxiety, depression and more.

Nuna's mental health tools are built by our team of psychologists and take 2-10 minutes to complete.

They are based on research and methods of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy and Positive Psychology.

In the tools, you will experience Nuna guiding you through tips and techniques in a doable and straightforward way. And you will have the option to skip parts you already know or ask for further examples when needed.

Explore Nuna's powerful mental health tools and find the ones that help you gain structure to your thoughts and improve your everyday life.
